Our band and color guard students have passion for music and performance. They have dedication to putting in long hours of practice afterschool and on weekends. They have commitment to each other to build the best team possible. They have pride in themselves and their bandmates for the personal and musical growth they achieve throughout the season. The one thing our students do not have is funding.

Each year, Vanden High School produces a Fall marching program and a Winter percussion/guard program. To prepare for each program, students work hard to learn new music and choreography. The marching band and color guard perform at sports events and school rallies. The winter program also competes against other high schools throughout northern California. These programs are fully funded through the band boosters.

The Vanden Band Boosters are seeking your support. Our goal is to raise $20,000 for the 2026-2027 school year. 100% of your donation will help pay for costs including equipment, instruction, competition fees, and student meals. Your contribution will help ensure our students will continue to have the opportunity to grow musically and individually and that our band has a successful Fall and Winter season this year.
